Sandy Hamel – President & CEO


 
Sandy has an uncanny ability to analyze, conceptualize, and focus on business processes and problems, clearly seeing and articulating systematic solutions. Known for taking the most practical approach to solving every problem, Sandy has held the role of Controller, Accountant, and Systems Designer for two other successful businesses. Clients love working with Sandy because of her depth of understanding of business processes and her ability to improve each business system with affordable solutions that keep you working on your business rather than in it.

Sandy was a founding board member of the Vancouver Island Youth Dance Theatre (known as  DanceStreams), and served on the steering committee for the Victoria Good News Choir for many years. Sandy is a founding board member for the We Rage We Weep Alzheimer’s Foundation and continues to sit on the board. As well Sandy is currently Treasurer of both Lifetime Networks and CFAX Santa’s Anonymous.

Blair Chan-Kent – Director of Software Development

Blair has been pivotal in the growth at AOS over the last 12 years. He received his Bachelor of Science, Business Administration and Applied Computing Science from the University of Winnipeg. His career has focused on software development, quality assurance, and analysis. Blair is very easy going; a great communicator who has a remarkable ability to listen to clients and translate their needs into complex software solutions that are exceptionally user friendly.
